If the full face report is not what you expected, email archie@archie-design.app within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout (or the receipt). We will refund the full amount to the original payment method through Stripe. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If a payment went through but the report page did not open, email us as well and we will help you access the report or refund it.
